God often seems to unresponsive. Don't get me wrong, I love God. And after a relatively dry patch, I'm starting to get close to Him again. Slowly but surley, I'm learning to put Him first more and more each day. Learning to, actually doing it is something else!

But one thing that does still puzzle me is how He seems so dormant. I do believe He is alive and working today, but I'm talking about radical Christianity. Not just "God please help me make the train", and "God please get me this new job", and "God please help me forgive....". I'm not devaluing these kind of prayers, not at all. I make them myself! Yeah, see that train one... But I'm talking about RADICAL Christianity. "God heal these people!" and He does. "God send revival!" and He does. God wants His kingdom to be spread, for His Name to be proclaimed, and for His freedom to be obtained. So why when we pray for these things does He not show up? It's for His kingdom, it's in His best interests. I mean, we want Him to do it as well, and while it is for us, it's also for Him. It's for mutual benefit. I don't know why. Lord, please teach me.
